Autoland is Canada's largest distributor of Garmin personal navigation GPS products, and developer of Installogy vehicle wiring software catering to the mobile electronics, OEM, and automotive aftermarket industries.

We have an immediate opening for a full time Data Technician / Technical Support Representative.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing technical support over the phone for GPS navigation products
• Performing product updates
• Researching and recording information
• Providing on-line technical support

You must have excellent communication skills in French and English, be computer literate (Windows/Office), detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask.

The ability to work autonomously while participating as a bilingual member of a team (English/French) is considered an asset.
